Ready-made tools for Microsoft 365 that I've built and use with clients. Each one runs inside your own tenant, with nothing extra to host.
SharePoint web parts#
Add one to any SharePoint page. A site owner clicks a single setup button and the web part makes the lists it needs.
Company Store
An internal shop where staff browse company merch and place orders. Stock, orders and shipping addresses all live in SharePoint lists, and each order sends a confirmation email.
Onboarding Checklist
A first-month checklist for new starters, shown as a board they move tasks across. Managers see how far along their people are, and an onboarding team keeps the checklist up to date.
Kaizen Board
Continuous improvement for the whole team. Staff share ideas to make work better, vote on the ones they want, and follow each one from submitted to done. Reviewers own the stages.
Copilot Readiness#
See what Copilot would expose, before you turn it on
Copilot can find anything a person already has access to, including files that were overshared years ago. This scan runs from your own PC, and the results stay there. It checks every SharePoint site, and OneDrive if you choose, then scores what it finds.
- Content shared with everyone, and "Anyone" or company-wide links
- Guests who have access
- Sites and files missing sensitivity labels
- Sites with no owner, a single owner, or no recent use
Choose a quick pass across every site, or a deep scan of the sites that worry you. The scan only reads; it never changes anything.
Just for fun#
Trezor One glitching
Hardware tinkering, a long way from SharePoint. Tools for timing a tiny dip in power to a Trezor One wallet's chip at just the right moment, so it skips its read protection and lets its memory be read.
PropCalc Pro
A calculator for sizing up rental property deals. Plug in the price, rent and loan, and it shows the monthly cash flow and returns, tests the deal against higher rates or empty months, and charts the equity over thirty years. It runs in your browser with nothing to install.
