Clean V4 Master Page

This is a creation / compilation of the v4.master page which I use when branding a site that requires more of a SharePoint look where as sometimes the Starter Master Page takes away too much.
This master page contains everything V4 contains plus comments compiled from online blogs/articles, and ending comments to find the closing tags more easily. If you’re new to Master Pages then it may be worthwhile to take a look at this as its more cleanly indented and the descriptions could be of some value in learning.

Sorry about that.. looks like it would not serve the .master extension so I zipped it.
